A pair of glasses frame usually consists of the main parts such as the mirror ring, nose rest, pile head, and mirror feet. In addition to the above components, there are also foot covers, bracket screws, hinge screws, etc.
1. Mirror ring (frame): The assembly position of the lens, fixed with metal wire, nylon wire, and screws through grooves or drilling, which affects the cutting of the lens and the appearance of the glasses.
2. Nose bridge: Connect the left and right mirror rings or directly fix them to the lenses. The nose bridge can be placed directly on the nose or supported on the nose by a support leaf.
3. Nasal support: including the stem of the support leaf, the support leaf box, and the support leaf. The support leaf is in direct contact with the nose and serves to support and stabilize the mirror frame. Some plastic frames formed by casting may not have leaf stems and leaf boxes, and the leaves are connected to the mirror ring.
4. Pile head: The connection between the mirror ring and the mirror foot, usually curved.
5. Mirror legs: Hook mounted on the ear, movable, connected to the pile head, serving to fix the mirror ring.
6. Hinge: A joint that connects the pile head and the mirror foot.
7. Locking block: Tighten the screws to secure the locking blocks on both sides of the mirror ring opening, thereby securing the lens.
